- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized items (with engraving) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- If you need a different size, we can exchange it, but the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

I really like it an ordered another (ORDER #2080) the morning of June 5, 2025. Unfortunately, aside from the automated order confirmation, I have received no further information regarding this order. No shipment notification, no tracking information, nothing. All this despite the item being listed as "In stock, ready to ship". Given the stated shipping (delivery) threshold of 8–12 business days I would have expected a at least a shipping notification after five business days.
