We provide a 2-year warranty on all jewelry.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.

• You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Personalized items (with engraving) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• If you need a different size, we can exchange it, but the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

• Standard shipping (free) – 8-12 business days.
• Express shipping (DHL) – 2-3 business days for $19.99.
• Free Express Shipping (DHL) on Orders Over $350.
