The bracelet is great, I ordered the wrong size and want to replace with a larger one. Unfortunately your return policy is not clear with the amount of days I have to return the product. I was willing to pay additional money but you would not allow me to return the product since I was out of the country on holiday.

Great matrial and presentation, but the cross is extremely small. Im 6,2 290 pounds and it looks to small but love the piece.
Just received my Farlig earring yesterday, and it looks awesome! Great look, and feels nice on the ear, however it keeps coming undone in my ear and I have to reach up and try to “re-fix” it back in my ear consistently.
If it wasn’t a heavy, well-made earring then it wouldn’t be an issue, however it is.
So in summary, very nice earring. Just does not clasp. Makes me wonder if it’s just gonna fall off randomly whenever I’m walking around, sleeping, or wherever else.
May have to take it to a separate jeweler to have them try to fix the locking mechanic in it.
Reytel, you haven’t lost a customer…just annoyed.

Sterling silver is a relatively soft metal, so sometimes the clasp can slightly loosen during transport and may need a small adjustment. This is unfortunately quite a common and simple fix in jewellery handling, but I understand it can still be inconvenient if you’re not used to it.
That said, we’re really sorry this has caused you trouble, especially as this is your second issue. We definitely want to make this right for you.

I have been looking for a ball chain in silver for a long time. The comfort was second to none. Since I like to put my chain over my head without opening the clasp the 25.6” worked out great.
very happy with this-size is just right, not over the top, just a classy piece of jewellery that I feel comfortable wearing. The design is really nice. Very fast delivery too which I was pleasantly surprised about as I had read that deliveries from Poland/Ukraine are frequently delayed.

The product is of hi quality but the design is a bit awkward as the cross piece is placed higher, closer to the neck area, not as low as in the presentation pictures.

The piece I ordered was absolutely beautiful. It looked really great on the website and it surprised when I received. It was better than I expected and I put it on a scale. The thing has a lot of weight. It’s a nice solid piece and I’d love to buy more jewelry the only complaint I would say is how long it took to get to me, but I didn’t realize it was coming from Europe and going through customs and the website was pretty accurate about the timing so I can’t complain, but definitely looking through your website there’s other things that I would like to purchase, but as for but as for the pizza I got, I would say pretty perfect and the packaging was awesome. Also, wish you guys craft stuff here in the USA. This way, I can get it in three days.
